Patricia “Pat” Terry Holland was born into a community deeply involved family in Enterprise, Utah. The daughter of Maeser and Marilla Terry, she grew up on a farm and carried the teachings of her pioneer ancestors and her mother’s love for learning and gospel teachings throughout her life.
After her family relocated to St. George, Utah, Patricia formed several friendships; one being Jeffrey R. Holland whom she eventually fell in love with and married on June 7th 1963 at the St. George Utah Temple.
