3. Family & Friends Railcard

Families and groups of up to four adults and four children are ideal candidates for the Family & Friends Railcard. The card gives adults a discount of 1/3 on rail fares and children between the ages of 5 and 15 a discount of 60%. For one year, the card costs £30, and for three years, it costs £70.

4. Senior Railcard

Anyone over the age of 60 can get the Senior Railcard, which gives you a 1/3 discount on most rail fares in the UK. For one year, the card costs £30, and for three years, it costs £70.

5. Disabled Persons Railcard

Any person who has a disability that makes it hard to take the train can get the Disabled Persons Railcard. The cardholder and one additional person traveling with them receive a 1/3 discount on most rail fares across the UK. For one year, the card costs £20, and for three years, it costs £54.

6. Network Railcard

Anyone who lives in London or the South East can get the Network Railcard, which gives them a 1/3 discount on most UK rail fares. The annual fee for the card is £30.

7. 26-30 Railcard

Anyone between the ages of 26 and 30 can get a 1/3 discount on most UK rail fares with the 26-30 Railcard. The annual fee for the card is £30.

8. Veterans Railcard`

Anyone who has served in the British armed forces, including reservists and veterans, is eligible for the Veterans Railcard. The cardholder and one additional person traveling with them receive a 1/3 discount on most rail fares across the UK. The annual fee for the card is £21.
