Shelia Eddy, born on September 28, 1995, in Blacksville, West Virginia, grew up as an only child. Her parents, Greg Eddy and Tara Clendenen, separated when she was just five years old. Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf were accused of perpetrating a horrific crime during the summer of 2012. They were responsible for murdering Skylar Neese, 16-years old at the time. On July 6, 2012 they lured Skylar Neese into Eddy’s car before driving her all the way to Pennsylvania before brutally murdering her on her arrival there. Eddy reached an agreement with prosecutors, admitting her role in Skylar’s death and is serving her sentence at Lakin Correctional Center in Mason County, West Virginia. Rachel Shoaf, who plead guilty to second-degree murder charges is also currently imprisoned at this same facility.
