These are those pieces you wear day after day after day that need to stand the test of time, that need to feel good to you, that need to flatter your body. 5 Wardrobe Pieces You Will Wear Forever
In this article, I’m gonna break down what the most important 5 closet basics are so stick around.
Shapewear
If you are a mid-sized gal and have got a little bit of extra muffin tummy, you would like to use fajas colombianas to emphasize your best assets. I have two full drawers full of shapewear. I got my favorite piece recently. Those are the most intense pieces of shapewear I have ever tried in my life, and it accentuates my butt and smoothes out my stomach, and I feel that I have a whole different body after I wear my body. It just makes all my outfit looks more attractive and effortlessly in the meantime.
Camisole
The second category is the camisole. Essentially you want to have two camisoles, one white and one black. Camisole could be lacy, cotton, or blend, whatever works best for you. You could have a thicker or thin strap camisole. It’s a basic layering piece that I believe you need in your wardrobe. I usually buy the Nordstrom in-house brand.
White Blouse
Next up you need a white blouse for spring and summer. You’ve got a lot of runways. You can go in a lot of different directions for your white blouse. The fabric choice is a big one. I tend to prefer cotton, but you could go silky, blend, rayon, or polyester if you want, just something that you love, that you’re gonna wear again and again and again. You can wear it with your shorts, skirts, pants, and even under a jacket. So just thinking about will that white blouse checks all these boxes and do I love wearing it. For spring and summer, I love the Rails Cotton Ellis white button-down. It’s lightweight, it’s very breathable, and it’s very chic. It’s fitted to the body or body skimming but not too fitted. It’s a real go-to for me.
Sweater
I think you should also have one spring-summer sweater. I just got a really pretty one by Brochu Walker. I have another one that’s a lightweight zip-up by Sweaty Betty, I like that I can wear it with everything from activewear to dresses and skirts. I would recommend you choose something breathable, lightweight, and in a lighter color which is great for spring to summer. Again, it should be effortlessly work in your wardrobe and be something that you love wearing.
Jackets
Now, this is a little bit dependent on where you are. If you’re in a really hot climate, you’re probably not gonna need all of these jackets and coats for spring and summer. But I was in Canada, I need them in the early spring. I think for spring and summer, it’s important to have a black and a white blazer. I have so many black blazers that I love. I especially love my Veronica Beard and Bellman.
Conclusion
